The Theory Test - Guidance from AM Driving Tuition
Before applying for the practical test, you will need to
have passed the theory test.
The theory test consists of two parts which must both be passed
at the same time.
The first part of the test comprises of a number of multiple
choice questions.
The questions cover all aspects of driving, law, safety and
attitudes.
You must also pass the ‘hazard perception test’
at the same time. This test consists of a series of film clips
which shows, from a driver’s point of view, various
hazards developing.
